We wanted to share some prompts that may help you journal out your current ideas, thoughts, and feelings. We hope these help you to remember to be gentle with yourself. Putting pen to paper can help empty thoughts out of your brain, where they’re taking up space.

- What have you learned from this experience?
- What do you want to keep doing when this is over? What do you want to leave behind?
- What’s something you’re grateful for today?
- Describe a recent connection you had with someone to stay in touch. What did you talk about? How did you feel afterwards?
- Describe an activity you did recently that made you feel good. What other activities sound comforting right now?
- Draw an object that had special meaning to you in recent days.
- Describe something special you saw in nature in recent days.
- What is a piece of music/writing/etc. you currently find yourself coming back to again and again? How is it helping you?
- How can you be kinder to yourself right now?
- What are you fearful of?
- What are you excited about?
- What are you proud in this moment?
- Imagine it’s the first week that everything is open again. How might you feel? How will you feel about your time self-isolating?
